Mirror Palais accepts returns for store credit only on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the garments remain in their original condition with all tags and hygienic liners intact. Please note that all sale items, swimwear without liners, and intimate apparel are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are untouched to qualify for acceptance.

• 3.
  Ship the Garment

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our atelier inspects and approves the return, you will receive a digital Mirror Palais gift card via email for the full value of your purchase.
